Before You Begin

This is not a memorization quiz. Each question tests project-management judgment through close, defensible-looking answer choices. Read what the scenario says has already been done—it often determines the correct next action.

Exam flow: The first break follows the opening case-study section. The second occurs approximately midway through the remaining questions. Completed sections lock when a break begins.

Scoring and reporting: Each item is worth one point. Mixed-response items require the full correct response; partial credit is not used. Your progress is saved in this browser, and your completed score report is submitted to PMP Training Academy for coaching analysis.
