This 50-question diagnostic is intentionally demanding. It is designed to expose weak decision patterns, not reward memorization. The scenarios require you to distinguish between several defensible actions and select the best next step under governance, value, compliance, stakeholder, and delivery pressure.
This is not a memorization quiz. Every question is a judgment scenario with four defensible-looking options. Expect close answer choices, executive judgment, AI governance, sustainability, stakeholder politics, value delivery, risk, compliance, and integrated delivery tradeoffs. Read what the scenario tells you has already been done — it usually determines the correct next action.
Important: This is a high-rigor diagnostic, not a pass/fail exam. Most candidates will uncover meaningful gaps. A score in the mid-70s is a strong starting point; the domain pattern and decision errors matter more than one percentage.
